STRONG. CONSCIOUS. MEN.
We support men who want to grow, strengthen, and live with purpose. Whether you’re a husband, father, partner, or navigating life on your own, we provide men’s psychology support for challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, and relationship difficulties.
With in-person psychology sessions located in Torquay on the Surf Coast, and online therapy available across Australia, our approach focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies to develop coping strategies, and build resilience, confidence, and emotional strength in a way that fits into your day-to-day life.

How to work with us
01
Get in Touch
Contact us via phone, email, or enquiry form to get started. You don’t need to have everything worked out - just a brief message is enough, and we’ll guide you through the next step.
02
Book an Appointment
We’ll have a short, confidential conversation (phone or email) to understand what you’re looking for and ensure our service is the right fit for your needs.
From there, we’ll organise a suitable time for either an in-person session in Torquay or an online telehealth appointment.
03
Your First Appointment
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know you, talk about what’s on your for you, and set goals that matter to you. There’s no pressure - we focus on understanding your needs and starting practical strategies you can use right away.
FAQs
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, under pressure, or not quite yourself, therapy can be a helpful place to talk things through and gain clarity. You don’t need to be in crisis or have a clear reason, many people reach out simply wanting to handle things better or feel more on top of things.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Appointment availability can vary, but we aim to offer times as soon as possible. Once you reach out, we’ll be in touch to discuss current availability and organise a time that works for you.
What happens after I enquire?
After you get in touch, we’ll have a brief, confidential conversation with you, either via phone or email, to understand what you’re looking for and make sure the service is the right fit. From there, we’ll organise your first session and guide you through the next steps.
